Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refund

We would charge your credit / Debit card or any other payment method immediately you place your order on our website.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

  • UK Standard Delivery: Dispatch time is between 1-2 days and Delivery time is within 3-5 Working Days (FREE DELIVERY).
  • UK Next Day Delivery: Orders Placed before 12pm would be dispatched same day and delivered the following working day (If item is available in stock at the time of order).
  • EU International Delivery: Dispatch time is between 1-2 days and Delivery time is within 5-15 Working Days.
  • Rest of the World: Dispatch time is between 1-2 days and Delivery time is within 7-20 Working Days.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We use fast and cost effective methods to ensure efficient delivery of your order. We constantly review our carriers and our delivery rates to ensure we can offer a great delivery service at a competitive price.




You as a customers have the right to cancel your purchase of an item within 14 days beginning from the day you receive it, All items must remain in its exact condition as received else there would be a little charge for the deminished value of Goods.

  • To cancel your purchase within the 14 day cooling-off period, You can inform us using the Contact Us Form, giving the reason for the return.
  • Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us using the personalised return details (If Applicable) within 30 days following the date that the item was delivered to you.
  • Please note that we can't accept returns delivered by hand.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.00.
  • Please note that you'll be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is confirmed damaged or defective.
  • You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you won't be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g. gift-wrapping).
  • As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we'll begin the process of a refund for the relevant part of the purchase price for that item less item's standard postage charge (If cancellation is not as a fault of us), corresponding to the least expensive type of delivery offered by us. We can't refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
  • Reimbursement would be processed immediately after we confirm collection but in any event no later than the end of 7 days after we receive the item.



Returns & Refunds

Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we'll issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

We'll also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error, This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

You can always return items if they're defective even if the items have been opened. 

  • In case of missing/defective parts, please notify us within 5 days after you receive the item.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please inform us within 5 days and we would arrange a refund or an exchange to be put in place.

You should expect to receive a refund within 2-5 working days of confirmed collection by us.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
